Wiele osób myśli, że IF to cudowna metoda. Że sam system zrobi forme i można iśc do maka byle makro grało. Też tak myślałem. Ale niestety, zeby spalać fat trzeba sie przyłożyc. Bez różnicy czy IF czy normalnie. IF to tylko system. Dietą jest to co jemy. Takie moje zdanie, ale nie mówie, być może ktoś sie wytnie jedząc jak chce :)
